Plus, the décor makes it a fun place to hang out, especially for kids, who love the kitschy outer-space décor with a swirling galaxy of wall art and kooky extra-terrestrial creatures scattered around watching you chow down on your pie. There are lots of video games to entertain the tykes. The daily lunch special is a bargain, with your choice of an 8” pizza with two toppings, a slice with a salad, or a sandwich, plus drink for only $6.03. A favorite pizza is the Chuck Rogers, with chicken, white sauce, onion and tomato. Crust is thick-style, nice and crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle.

Diners say that the food here is spectacular, full of vibrant flavors and well-prepared meats. The house specialty is kelaguen, a preparation of meat served with lemon, hot pepper, and green onions. It’s a very diverse technique, suiting itself to both barbecue chicken and raw tuna. Also very worth trying is the Chamorro, a special marinade that’s used for fried pork ribs as well as chicken. Locals rave that it’s perfectly incredible. One caveat is that Guamanian food can be quite salty – the natives there eat fruit dipped in soy sauce, for example – so if you’re watching your sodium levels you might want to be careful what you order.
